As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for various roles, particularly in Field Sales and Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment across designated scopes

• Organize campus events and initiatives for talent acquisition
• Leverage digital platforms for candidate sourcing
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR specialist role
• Experience with ATS and hiring practices
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
