As a key player in our recruitment team, you will manage candidate sourcing, relationships with hiring managers, and the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for business services roles
• Build relationships with hiring managers for departmental needs

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Over 5 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience
• Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legislation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
