FLINT seeks a Corporate Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience. You will manage candidate sourcing, assessments, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Engage collaboratively with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create effective job postings and source candidates through diverse methods
• Evaluate candidates thoroughly to ensure fit and qualification
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers for strategic recruiting
• Actively participate in job fairs and recruitment initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruitment experience
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Proficient in utilizing ATS and other sourcing tools
• Experience in behavior-based interviewing across formats
