Position: Advanced Medical Solutions HR Coordinator
Shape the employee experience with Advanced Medical Solutions as a Human Resources Coordinator. This role emphasizes onboarding, HRIS expertise, and benefits administration in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Human Resources Services Manager, this position requires a strong background in HR processes, employee records, and compliance. With responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, you will be pivotal in enhancing service delivery, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous HR improvements. Engage with various stakeholders, guiding them through HR initiatives that support our workforce across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead post-offer recruitment activities and onboarding processes

• Maintain and audit employee HRIS data accuracy

• Ensure compliance with employee licensure and training

• Administer group benefits and disability management

• Coordinate employee status changes and HR-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 3 years HR experience in a multi-site environment

• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably UKG

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation

• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications
