Key Responsibilities:

• Coach leaders in effective performance management practices

• Facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary processes

• Execute workplace investigations and present findings

• Support labour relations activities, including grievance handling

• Oversee the implementation of HR policies and best practices

Requirements:

• At least five years of progressive HR experience

• Strong background in employee and labour relations

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience

• Preferred Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation

• Ability to manage sensitive HR issues with discretion
