Key Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver defined HR projects effectively
• Support Talent Attraction and Total Rewards initiatives
• Conduct research and document processes for HR operations
• Prepare reports to assist senior decision-making
• Collaborate with teams on project coordination and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of HR or analytical experience
• Familiarity with HR systems, especially Workday
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
• Adaptable mindset with excellent communication abilities
