Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing requirements

• Manage job postings through various recruitment platforms

• Conduct candidate pre-screening and interview support

• Develop recruitment training and process documentation

• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields

• Three years of relevant recruitment experience

• Knowledge of HR laws and recruitment best practices

• Experience with applicant tracking systems

• Preferred certifications: CPHR or RPR
