In this role, you will manage full-cycle payroll processing and ensure data integrity within our HRIS (UKG). You’ll provide vital administrative support to onboarding and recruitment, ensuring a positive employee experience. Your analytical skills will help identify and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on time every pay period
• Review and validate payroll data and adjustments
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with legislation
• Support recruitment processes including scheduling and documentation
• Act as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Degree in Payroll or related field
• Familiarity with HRIS software, preferably UKG
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation in Alberta
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
