In this role, you will lead recruitment for specialized positions, partner with hiring managers, and deliver strategic insights. Your proactive sourcing abilities combined with market knowledge will allow you to engage top talent effectively and contribute to an inclusive hiring culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for Energy & Natural Resources roles

• Act as a strategic partner for hiring managers and leadership

• Define success profiles and hire timelines during intake meetings

• Source and engage with talent through targeted outreach

• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• 5–6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Proven ability to recruit for technical roles effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools

• A bachelor's degree or related diploma is considered an asset
