Covering parental leave, you’ll manage the HR team, implementing strategic HR practices and coaching on performance management. Your insights will support recruitment strategies and employee relations, helping to foster a diverse and supportive workplace. You will play a crucial part in executing HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR team development and training initiatives
• Enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage employee life cycle matters and performance reviews
• Establish metrics for HR team performance evaluation
• Collaborate on inclusive training programs for staff
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, with 2 years in management
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices
• Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
• Ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments
• Familiarity with HR software applications and reporting
Utilize your HR expertise to contribute to the mission of the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo.
