Join West Jet as a Compensation Business Partner, where you will collaborate in person up to five days a week. This pivotal role offers a chance to influence compensation strategies across the organization.
As part of the compensation team, you will report to the Senior Manager, supporting and enhancing West Jet's pay philosophy.
Your role will involve comprehensive planning, design, and execution of compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support design and administration of base pay and incentive programs
• Prepare financial models to guide executive recommendations
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for leaders
• Analyze and consistently improve compensation-related processes
• Stay updated on legislation impacting compensation policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of compensation consulting experience
• In-depth knowledge of collective agreements from a total rewards perspective
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other applications
