As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to shape talent strategies, including recruitment and development. This role is key to fostering employee engagement, managing compliance, and driving continuous improvement within HR practices. Your collaboration with HR COEs ensures comprehensive support across the organization, making a significant impact on employee experience and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders on organizational strategies and solutions

• Execute talent strategies including onboarding and development

• Identify training opportunities aligning with organizational competencies

• Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives

• Administer HR operations and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field

• 5+ years’ experience in diverse HR functions

• Proficiency with HRIS or HCM systems

• Deep understanding of Provincial HR legislation

• Background in manufacturing or related industries preferred
