Position: HR Business Partner - Carewest Southport
Join Carewest in Southport as an HR Business Partner focused on employee and labour relations. This full-time role emphasizes independent management and strategic HR advice to leadership.

The HR Business Partner reports to the Executive Director of People, Talent & Wellness and oversees a client portfolio. With a minimum of five years of HR experience, you'll provide expertise in conflict resolution, collective bargaining, and performance management. This position requires collaboration with HR teams to ensure HR processes are consistently applied across Carewest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage human resource activities across Carewest and stakeholders

• Provide strategic recommendations to site and corporate leadership

• Support collective bargaining and monitor HR trends

• Facilitate effective employer-union relationships and arbitration

• Prepare management reports and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in a related field

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience

• Professional designation (CPHR, CIPD) preferred

• Excellent communication skills, oral and written

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
