Rewards Senior Manager

Position: Total Rewards Senior Manager Role
Take charge as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards with Pursuit, focusing on enhancing compensation, benefits, and leave programs across the U.S. and Canada.

This full-time role emphasizes your expertise in program administration and strategy, ensuring competitive compensation and effective benefits management. You will conduct compensation analyses, lead incentive design, manage benefits administration, and oversee leave of absence processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily operations of compensation programs organization-wide

• Evaluate market pricing and create pay structures for roles

• Design and track incentive compensation programs effectiveness

• Manage benefits for team members, facilitating renewals and evaluations

• Oversee leave of absence administration and compliance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance

• 5+ years' experience in compensation and benefits

• Certification in CCP, CBP, or CEBS preferred

• Advanced skills in Excel and reporting

• Experience with Workday in relevant functional areas
