Bilingual Recruiter in Talent Acquisition

Drive high-volume recruitment initiatives as a Bilingual Recruiter focused on English and French. This remote role invites professionals from GTA Toronto, Winnipeg, Montreal, or Moncton to collaborate with HR and business leaders.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team for a 12-month duration, you'll manage complete recruitment processes across various roles. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting behavioral interviews, and providing guidance to hiring managers. This is an exciting chance to contribute to strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles

• Source candidates via networking and job postings

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews

Requirements:

• 3–9 years of talent acquisition experience

• Bilingual in English and French

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems

• Strong candidate sourcing skills

• Excellent relationship-building abilities
