Enhance your human resources career with Calgary Co-op as a Temporary Recruitment Advisor in the Head Office. Support the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with department leaders.
Calgary Co-op is seeking a motivated Recruitment Advisor to join its team for an initial three-month period. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding. You will champion best recruitment practices and adapt strategies for diverse business areas while building relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to develop recruitment strategies
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain and update job boards and social media platforms
• Build positive relationships with hiring managers
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of labour relations and Human Rights Legislation
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• CHRP designation preferred
