- Maintain candidate records and summaries in the system
- Present a shortlist of candidates aligned with client needs
- Foster relationships with consultants and assist with onboarding
- Ensure compliance in recruitment activities and track performance metrics
- 1 year recruiting or customer service experience required
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and influencing skills necessary
- Proven success in a metrics-driven setting
- Cooperative team player with determination and grit
