In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Organizational Development, partnering with EDI Executive Sponsors. Your leadership will drive the integration of effective equity and health equity strategies across clinical and operational frameworks. The role demands a proactive approach in advising leaders on inclusion-related matters, ensuring evidence-based practices are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and integrate EDI strategies across organizational systems
• Lead the EDI Advisory Committee to monitor progress
• Analyze equity-related data to inform strategic initiatives
• Oversee anti-racism training and education programs
• Partner with external organizations on health equity initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social justice or related field
• 3-5 years leading EDI initiatives
• Knowledge of North Western Toronto community
• Preferred Master's degree or relevant certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Drive equity initiatives and cultural change through strategic planning and collaboration at Humber River Health.
