* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
* Manage candidate pipelines efficiently and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
* Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and promote Samsara’s culture.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on senior roles.
* Strong understanding of various technical domains and engineering roles.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
* Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
