Reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you will enhance compensation policies through market analysis and research. Your expertise will directly impact the attraction and retention of top talent in a dynamic, office-based role through December 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily support for compensation-related HR inquiries
• Accountable for market compensation and job analysis
• Analyze and design compensation programs
• Support annual and ad hoc compensation surveys
• Maintain job architecture for consistency
Requirements:
• University degree in HR or Business
• 3 years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Global compensation experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
