Sysco, the leader in food service distribution, is looking for an HR Generalist to support corporate functions and align HR initiatives with business goals. You'll manage employee relations as the primary contact for HR questions while overseeing full cycle recruitment and utilizing HR analytics to inform strategies. This position requires collaboration with leadership and HR Business Partners on essential initiatives to improve workforce planning and drive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full cycle recruitment and selection processes
• Manage Sysco's HRIS system, Workday
• Analyze HR data for actionable insights
• Partner on workforce planning and organizational changes
• Support HR initiatives like employee engagement and talent reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in HR roles
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven partnership-building success with leaders
