Experienced Payroll Supervisor

Position: Experienced Payroll Supervisor Role
Join Arnett & Burgess Energy Services as a Payroll Supervisor in Calgary or Blackfalds. This role requires a deep understanding of Canadian payroll compliance and leadership abilities.

In this position, you will report directly to the Corporate Controller, managing payroll for diverse employees and subcontractors across Canada. A focus on accuracy, compliance, and process enhancements will be essential, while you’ll also administer employee benefits and facilitate HR collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and ensure legal compliance

• Prepare and reconcile payroll remittances and tax forms

• Maintain accurate payroll records ensuring data security

• Oversee employee benefits and Group RRSP administration

• Act as a liaison with HR for employee data management

Requirements:

• Must have 7 years of payroll experience

• Relevant post-secondary education required

• PCP or PLP designation is advantageous

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft tools
