Elevate your HR career with CREB as an HR Generalist. Bring your payroll expertise and HR knowledge to support our members and enhance employee engagement within our organization.
As an HR Generalist at CREB, you will deliver operational HR support across various functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Your knowledge of payroll processes and Canadian legislation is key to ensuring accuracy in semi-monthly payroll and compliance throughout the HR functions you oversee.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and administer payroll in Dayforce accurately
• Maintain and audit payroll records and year-end processes
• Advise employees and leaders on HR policies
• Support onboarding and recruitment for a positive experience
• Aid in training development and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources
• CHRP or PCP designation or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years in HR generalist roles
• Strong expertise with Dayforce (Ceridian)
• Solid organizational and communication skills
