Senior Advisor of Pension & Savings

This role reports to the Supervisor of Specialized Services within the Total Rewards department. Aiming for effective governance and compliance, you'll utilize your expertise to manage Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and 401k plans. You'll also design training initiatives and support cross-departmental collaboration to enhance employee understanding of retirement options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of pension and savings plans across Canada and US
• Design educational resources to enhance retirement program understanding
• Contribute to policy and plan design enhancement efforts
• Coordinate pension committee meetings and track compliance requirements
• Analyze pension-related reports and facilitate audit processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred
• 8+ years of experience in pension administration required
• Strong knowledge of US & Canadian pension regulations
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
