Elevate your recruitment career as a Temporary Recruitment Specialist with FLINT, a leader in Canada’s energy sector. This full-time contract role focuses on sourcing and onboarding top talent effectively.
The Recruitment Specialist position is a three-month contract requiring 1-2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruitment experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth candidate interactions, maintaining the integrity of the applicant tracking system.
Your role also includes building relationships with candidates and providing updates throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify top candidates
• Maintain relationships with active and passive talent pools
• Post job openings on ATS and job boards
• Ensure ATS accuracy and clear candidate communication
• Perform additional recruitment tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience
• Post-Secondary Diploma in HR or related field
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing platforms
• Experienced in behavioural-based interviews
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Contribute to effective recruitment processes and support FLINT's growth in the energy sector.
