Join Calgary Co-op as a Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis to support hiring processes. This role involves managing the recruitment lifecycle and enhancing candidate experiences.
The Recruitment Advisor will work with the Human Resources team at the Head Office, focusing on sourcing top talent and facilitating smooth onboarding. You will be responsible for creating strategies tailored to meet the staffing needs of various departments and maintaining job postings on relevant platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department leaders to address staffing needs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including screening and interviews
• Keep job boards and social media channels updated
• Foster relationships with hiring managers across the organization
• Present recruitment analyses and metrics
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment
• Understanding of labour relations and HR legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience with Oracle HRIS preferred
