Position: Plains Human Resources Internship
Gain valuable HR experience with Plains as a Human Resources Intern in Calgary. This full-time internship offers hands-on recruitment and workforce management opportunities.

This role is an 8-month paid internship starting August 31, 2026, where you will engage with the Talent Acquisition team in various HR functions, including recruitment and payroll support. You’ll learn to execute Workday transactions, manage the contingent workforce mailbox, and compile essential HR analytics reports. Your enthusiasm and strong organizational skills will be vital in supporting process improvements across HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting and screening interns for open positions

• Support on/off-boarding activities using Workday

• Monitor and respond to workforce inquiries and issues

• Compile HR analytics and reporting materials

• Plan and coordinate events for the Intern program

Requirements:

• Full-time student in an HR or related degree program

• Commitment to an 8-month term starting August 31, 2026

• Previous customer service or internship experience preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Authorized to work in Canada for the internship duration
