As an essential member of Clear Water Academy's team, you will work directly with leadership to oversee payroll and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle payroll for all staff

• Administer employee benefits and pension plans

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes

• Support annual performance review initiatives

• Enhance HR workflows through continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Human Resources and Payroll

• Experience with unionized HR environments

• PCP or CPHR designation preferred

• Proficient in payroll software and Excel

• Knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards
