Join Jardeg as a Recruitment Coordinator and become an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. Assist in onboarding new hires and enhance the recruitment process for candidates and managers alike.
This role at Jardeg supports recruitment and onboarding activities, reporting to the Senior Recruiter. With your coordination skills, you’ll ensure smooth transitions for candidates while managing recruitment documentation and records. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding to meet planned start dates
• Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation for accuracy
• Manage candidate records and requisition data
• Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers
• Schedule interviews and improve the recruitment process
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR
• High school diploma; HR education preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Experience with recruitment platforms like Linked In
You will drive exceptional candidate experiences and support the recruitment mission at Jardeg.
