Position: People & Culture Coordinator Role

The People & Culture Coordinator will handle key HR responsibilities related to employee onboarding, offers, and movements, while ensuring an engaging employee experience. You will actively manage the recruitment cycle and coordinate various People & Culture programs, along with maintaining vital employee data in the HRIS. Your work will directly contribute to a thriving organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a central point for employee inquiries and support

• Manage job postings and candidate selection process

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of HRIS data

• Participate in company-wide People & Culture initiatives

Requirements:

• College or University degree in HR Management

• At least 2 years of HR Coordinator level experience

• Proficient in HR databases and recruitment tools

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity to work under tight deadlines
