This role supports administration within the Talent & Culture Department and reports to the Assistant Director. You will assist with talent acquisition, employee events, and maintain a confidential personnel filing system. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and performs with great attention to detail while managing various HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR administration for the Talent & Culture team

• Coordinate employee activities and events, like recognition programs

• Maintain accurate and organized employee filing systems

• Answer inquiries and assist colleagues with HR-related questions

• Oversee onboarding and training processes for new hires

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in HR or related field

• Minimum 1 year HR experience preferred

• Collaborative mindset with excellent organizational skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
