Position: Nutrien Hiring Process Coordinator
Join Nutrien as a Hiring Process Coordinator and play a vital role in the onboarding experience. This position focuses on facilitating preboarding for new employees.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Preboarding, you will assist new hires through vital onboarding steps, ensuring all paperwork and requirements are completed smoothly. Your expertise in HR policies and best practices will guide hiring managers and new employees throughout the process, ensuring that all needs are met efficiently across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding paperwork and background screening

• Support hiring managers with tracking new hire progress

• Review documentation for compliance with policies

• Coordinate drug and medical screening processes

• Investigate and troubleshoot onboarding system issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience

• 2+ years in HR Coordination or Administration

• Familiarity with Success Factors or similar HRIS systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
