• Coordinate recruitment and staffing for site-based positions
• Attract and recruit top talent through resume review, sourcing, pre‑screening, interviewing, and assessments in partnership with hiring managers
• Present job offers to qualified candidates and guide them through the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS, and associated spreadsheets ensuring a professional candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews and communicate results to applicants
• Compile and share weekly recruitment statistics and insights
• Support internal HR processes and contribute to recruitment strategy improvements
• Represent PTW at job fairs, networking events, and on social media to promote our employer brand

• Previous experience in a similar recruitment role within the construction or industrial trades sector
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently

• Must have experience as a Trades/Industrial/Construction Recruiter
• Knowledge of the Alberta market is essential
• Knowledge of the BC and Saskatchewan markets is an asset

This is an in office
position based outside of Calgary, AB with no access to public transit
. The successful candidate will work a 7:00am to 4:00pm or 7:30am to 4:30pm shift. Rotational weekend will be required and compensated accordingly.
