• Partner with dealership leaders to assess hiring requirements
• Construct and maintain pipelines for automotive talent
• Oversee sourcing, interviews, and recruitment processes
• Maintain exceptional candidate experience and communication
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive recruitment or dealership environments
• Strongly preferred:
Service and Parts recruitment background
• Proven relationship-building and sourcing abilities
• Capability to prioritize in fast-moving scenarios
• Organized, solutions-oriented, and strong communicator
