• Generate candidate lists using Linked In and related tools
• Reach out to candidates using provided templates

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Confidence to reach out to and interact with new candidates
• High level of detail orientation and organization
• Willingness to learn and act on feedback
• Familiarity with basic computer tools like Outlook and Excel
