Entry-Level Human Resources Generalist

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Generalist plays a crucial role in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through offboarding. You will assist in maintaining employee records in ADP Workforce Now and provide hands-on support for payroll, benefits, and performance management. Ideal for candidates with solid administrative skills and a customer-service mindset, this role benefits from exposure to various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes

• Maintain accurate employee records in ADP Workforce Now

• Provide first-level HR support to staff and managers

• Assist with performance management and documentation

• Prepare HR documents and manage offboarding tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in HR or related field preferred

• Entry-level HR experience with recruitment or payroll exposure

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to travel and possess valid driver’s license
