As a Benefits Specialist, you will bring your expertise to support employees with various benefits, including disability claims and leave programs.
Your role will ensure consistency and accuracy in benefit administration while providing exceptional service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and coordinate employee benefits and pension programs
• Answer inquiries regarding eligibility and claims processes
• Maintain and reconcile HRIS records for accuracy
• Support benefits integration and compliance initiatives
• Participate in continuous improvement of benefit administration
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in benefits administration
• Solid understanding of group benefit and leave management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information
• Experience in a unionized environment is preferred
