In this role, you'll support the Student Recruitment Team with critical engagement activities and volunteer management. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and communication to ensure positive volunteer experiences. This position requires a detail-oriented approach and adaptability to a fast-paced recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee engagement of student volunteers in various roles
• Coordinate events such as Open House and campus tours
• Maintain accurate records of volunteer training and assignments
• Offer support and feedback to enhance volunteer experience
• Assist in social media and digital recruitment efforts
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Previous event management experience an asset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Capability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
