You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, manage employee relations, and contribute to staffing improvements. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HR guidance on disability management and employee benefits

• Act as primary HR contact for policy and process interpretation

• Support standardization of HR programs across locations

• Analyze HR trends and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with operations, payroll, and training teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources

• Minimum five years of HR experience

• Preferred CPHR designation

• Experience in disability management

• Valid driver’s license for travel
