As a Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will report to the Director of Human Resources, taking part in payroll processing and benefits management. This role requires a keen sense of service and dedication to enhancing employee experiences. You will also work on compliance and process improvements to meet the organization's growth needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process biweekly payroll across multiple provinces
• Support employees with payroll and benefits inquiries
• Conduct orientations for new employees on payroll topics
• Handle disability claims and communication with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and standards
Requirements:
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation preferred
• At least 3 years of full-cycle payroll experience
• Proficient in benefits administration and claims management
• Knowledge of CRA requirements and provincial standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills
