Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end logistics for learning events
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) effectively
• Coordinate with external vendors and track contracts
• Deliver engaging core content like New Hire Orientation
• Analyze metrics and feedback for program effectiveness
Requirements:
• 5+ years in HR or People Operations
• Proven LMS management and data hygiene skills
• Expertise in logistical coordination and optimization
• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Strong independent project execution abilities
