Aplin is in search of a skilled Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Calgary. This position will focus on engineering and technical hiring within a fast-paced environment.

As a seasoned recruiter, you will manage the complete recruitment process for a range of engineering roles while engaging with hiring managers to ensure seamless operation. Expect to handle over 200 applications daily while maintaining a strong candidate experience. This position is available as a 3-month contract starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for engineering-related positions

• Process a high volume of applications efficiently

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Attend approximately 4 career fairs in Calgary

• Source and screen candidates quickly

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in recruitment is essential

• Proven success recruiting for engineering and technical roles

• Ability to attend career fairs in Calgary

• Comfortable working in a high-speed environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
