Position: Experienced Payroll & HR Specialist Role
Join Clear Water Academy as a skilled Human Resources and Payroll Specialist. This part-time, hybrid position focuses on enhancing payroll accuracy and HR management.

You will provide essential HR support for all faculty, ensuring meticulous payroll and benefits administration. Collaborating with senior leaders, this role is crucial in improving HR processes and enhancing employee experiences. A strong compliance focus and operational excellence are key in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processes and compliance

• Administer employee benefits and pension reporting

• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding activities

• Oversee confidential HR documentation

• Improve HR and payroll workflows continually

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of progressive HR and payroll experience

• Familiarity with union environments is necessary

• Preferred PCP or CPHR designation

• Advanced skills in payroll software and Microsoft Office

• Comprehensive knowledge of Alberta's HR legislation
