Your role will revolve around enhancing workforce strategies and compliance practices.
As a key advisor to the HR Director, you will facilitate talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring the organization's HR practices reflect its commitment to diversity and inclusion. Through effective relationship management, you'll influence essential changes that drive engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce requirements
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Provide strategic advice on employee relations and issues
• Manage organizational changes and HR compliance
• Evaluate metrics for continuous HR improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related area
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRBP in relevant fields
• Professional HR certification (CHRP)
• Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance
• Excellent engagement and influencing skills
