As the Preboarding Manager, you will lead efforts to ensure a smooth transition for hires at Nutrien, overseeing recruitment coordination and compliance across North America.

Your role will emphasize standardized processes and continuous improvement, enabling the team to deliver high-quality service. You'll engage closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Technology partners to streamline workflows and enhance hiring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all preboarding initiatives with accuracy

• Drive compliance with applicable policies and laws

• Analyze service delivery and performance metrics

• Mentor team members for service excellence

• Manage external vendor relationships for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent

• At least 8 years in progressive HR roles

• Comprehensive understanding of onboarding compliance

• Proven analytical and communication abilities

• Familiarity with HR technologies like Success Factors
