Join ATCO as a Human Resources Advisor for the Yellowhead Pipeline Project in Edmonton or Calgary. This term role focuses on HR operational support, ensuring a positive workforce experience.

The HR Advisor plays a crucial role in providing HR services across the Yellowhead Pipeline Project. You will support project leaders and employees with inquiries, recruitment, and HR processes while maintaining compliance and documentation. This position enables collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment, significantly impacting Alberta's economic future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to project teams

• Coordinate recruitment, transfers, and onboarding processes

• Assist with employee and leader inquiries and documentation

• Maintain workforce trackers and manage HR records

• Build relationships with stakeholders for effective HR delivery

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources

• 2-4 years of HR advisory support experience

• Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
