Human Resources and Employee Engagement Assistant

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant in the Supply Chain Sector in Calgary, Ontario. Are you organized, creative, and passionate about supporting people? We are seeking an HR & Employee Engagement Assistant to support day-to-day HR administration while helping create engaging workplace experiences for employees. • Support HR administrative activities including filing, scanning, data entry, and record maintenance
• Assist with preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential employee information
• Coordinate employee engagement events, including vendor communication, supply ordering, and event setup
• Create internal communications such as posters, announcements, newsletters, and digital content
• Provide on-site support for employee events from planning through execution and cleanup

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; HR-related education is considered an asset
• Demonstrate previous administrative, office support, or HR experience
• Exhibit strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently; experience with Canva or similar design tools is an asset

• Total rewards:$30.00 hourly
