Element Technical Services is seeking a motivated Payroll and Benefits Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will ensure timely payroll for employees across Canada and the United States while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Your attention to detail will be essential for maintaining payroll records and administering benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees
• Update employee payroll records, including new hires and terminations
• Administer payroll deductions and with holdings accurately
• Prepare payroll reports and tax documentation as needed
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies promptly
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Payroll or related field
• 2-3 years of payroll administration experience
• Strong expertise in payroll legislation and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
