Human Resources Generalist at MasterBUILT

Master BUILT Hotels is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join its dynamic team across Canada. This role supports both English and French speaking employees, focusing on HR initiatives, analytics, and team engagement.

The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources and help manage various HR functions h a minimum of three years' progressive HR experience, you will be integral in onboarding, employee relations, and data analysis. Your expertise will guide compliance and support our passionate team members at a Platinum winner of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as HR contact for employees and managers

• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and payroll

• Execute employee engagement and recruitment initiatives

• Manage HRIS system BambooHR effectively

• Prepare documentation in English and French

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience

• Knowledge of cross-provincial employment standards

• Previous HRIS and workflow automation experience

• Excellent communication skills in English and French

• Ability to manage conflict and competing priorities
