Position: Director of Talent at Trimac

As a key member of Trimac's People & Culture leadership, you will implement integrated strategies across Talent Acquisition, Management, and Development. Your focus will include identifying skills for the future and embedding AI and automation into employee processes. Drive business growth by ensuring the right talent is in place at the right time for operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide talent strategies

• Translate business strategies into workforce plans and actions

• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning

• Lead talent analytics initiatives and workforce insights

• Foster leadership development and high-potential talent programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 8+ years in Talent or Organizational Development

• Proven success in leading talent strategies

• Experience with data analytics and AI tools

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
